Question: "Are there any "local" sources for ingredients
to make Margaritas?
Answer: It's funny you should ask; Texas's second distillery
license was just awarded to an Austin company to distill a premium, hand made
orange liqueur. Paula's Texas Orange began distribution in February and is
already available in many local stores and restaurants! I talked to Paula
about her secret recipe and she told me "I could tell you, but then I'd have to
kill you!". You can use Paula's Texas Orange instead of Triple Sec or
other premium orange liqueurs. You can get more
